“an apple a day”

Following the “good things from Costco” theme, their Honeycrisp Apples tend to always be good. Sometimes the packs have fewer large apples, and other times they have more smaller apples. I don’t understand why they shift around, or what actual differences there are between the two types. From my perspective they’re both tasty. 🍎 😋
